The people in 2005 didn't have cellphones and tablets back then but in 2013 they had the newer electronics. Yes I think the invention was a significant change. the world is different because people have invented newer things and more and more people are buying these new electronics. yes because people are able to use the resources for more information.I think this is a good change because you can call for emergencies easier and use them for a better reason.
