The Door From Seven

A voice from above said that I had to choose one out of seven doors. These doors lead to Narnia, Wonderland, Neverland, Hogwarts, Camelot, Middle Earth, and Westero's. I would choose Narnia. The reasoning for this choice is because I could meet many fun large characterized creaters. What would happen is I would meet the creaters and explore the forest. After that I would enjoy a convertation over dinner with all the local inhabitants. There are many fun creaters to meet such as the lion.

To Be the First

I have longed for a time to be first in sports. Some sports I am first, but others there is a lot of compatition. Right know I am doing track. Today I have to compete in a seventh grade practice meet. On our seventh grade team in distance I am first. The real trouble is trying to be first in sprints. In sprints right now for seventh grade I am in second. My goal by the end of the year is to be the fastest seventh grader in all runing events. Sio far, I am  half way there.

My Meet

As one of my last blogs talks about how I joined the Fesrus Track team. I recently went to my first track meet and ran distance. I ran the 1200 and I had a time of 4:15. I placed eleventh place out of 65 runners in my race. The hardest part about this race is that I am in seventh grade while the majority of the runners are in a grade above me.I ran as hard as I could but could not pull out my speed on the last 100. I didnt get pasted but I also didn't pass anyone to advance.

The Picture to Bring a Memory

This picture of a tape measure reminds me of a tailor. The reason I am reminded of a tailor is because in stores they use this instrument to measure multi able parts of your body to find the right size of clothing the customer needs. This instrument has been used before on me before by a tailor so this is then creating a memory of me being tailored with this measuring tape.

Track

I have decided to join the Festus Middle School Track team this year. So far I have enjoyed the team. I do distance and sprints. So far I have been to every meet because I have worked hard and I am fast enough. I recently joining pole volting. I have had a blast and cant wait for each practice. I am told that I am doing pretty good for a starter. My coach said he may even let me pole volt at a meet this year. This event is only one out of the many I am included in. So far in the running events I have been finishing first out of the seventh graders. I am even beating a lot of the eighth graders.

The Memoery to Bottle

The memory for me to bottle and relive whenever i pleased would be the memory of me and my grandmother sitting at her house and talking about life in present and past.  If I could bottle this memory I would open this bottle once every two weeks. I would only use it once every two weeks to not waste this memoery. When I shall uncorke this memory I shall take a deep breath and remeber this is the past and not the present. For I shall open the bottle and remember nothing gold can stay. The moment the memory is started I will live it and be thankful for having this memory made.

My Basketball Team

This year I decided to play on the Our Lady of Festus team for basketball. At first our team was not that great. But over the last couple of months we have developed into a team of champions. We at first won a tournemnt. After that we played in post season for the championship. Everyone thought that we were not going to get far but we soon put that to rest. My team ended up winning the South county and division championship. Due to these evebts my team will be advancing on to the city/ county championship. My team has came a long way since the beginning and due to that we are one of best teams in our division.

Whats the Difference

The difference between these yeras  is there is more and newer technology. I think this difference of more and newer technology is signifigant. By this more and newer technology the world is more efficient and has easier ways of dealing with some issues. Now nig events can be capured more efficiently. I think this change of more technology is okay but i do not totally agree with it. It does make events easier to be caputered and remebered but then there is more time spent playing on this technology then there is outdoors and playing sports.
