Summer Break

I cant wait for summer break. Its only like six mores weeks till we get out of school. Between them six weeks I get to go on three different activities. First, I have to go to Six Flags for Select Choir. Then I get to go to the AR trip to the city museum. Finally, I have to go to the St. Louis Zoo with Mrs.Uding. But I still cant wait until the end of the year. When I get out of school for summer break I can do anything.

I find out about the weather on the news on TV. Weather is sometimes important to be accurate because I go fishing and play sports. i don't want it to rain or hail on me, and I cannot play sports in snow. Some of my activities are affected by weather, such as hunting or fishing. If there was no one reporting the news about the past few days then we wouldn't know about it and it would of come unexpectedly. Weather can be bad sometimes and good other times. It is also important to know the weather each day and watch the news.

 I think what he is saying is that in order to help yourself you would have to help somebody. But its probably just a saying and thats wiy he said it because its probably not true

I think what Booker T. Washington meant was that by " If you want to lift up someone else " Then you lift up yourself and other people will try to lift up someone else too. It might also mean that by lifting up someone else you'll have someone with to lift up other people. I will apply this in the future by helping other people to help myself. That's what I think what Booker T. Washington meant.

 My name is Matt.  I love to play football, baseball, and soccer also. I played baseball for 2 years on a team. I also did cross county over the summer last year and i did it this year to. The cross country meets were awesome and cool but running up the steep hills was kinda hard. In 9th grade I might try cross country or soccer. But for 8th grade I'm trying cross country or football. I like playing basketball also, and I really like running too. When I finish High School I'm going to join the United States Marine Corps.
